CrypPro is an innovative quantitative trading firm, with a strong focus on market making cryptocurrencies. Tech is core to what we do: we have built our proprietary infrastructure and developed our quantitative algorithms leveraging the market microstructure. Using our cutting-edge low latency technology, we provide 24/7 liquidity on crypto cash & derivatives across multiple centralised exchanges (CeFi) and decentralised exchanges (DeFi).
Our goal is to become the leader in digital asset trading and, in this fast growing market, we thrive by moving quickly and adjusting our strategy to adapt to an ever-changing industry.
We closed a fundraise earlier this year and are now backed by top investors, allowing us to scale and grow fast in the highly profitable proprietary trading business.
CrypPro fosters a collaborative high-energy environment filled with individuals who are passionate about technology and trading. We provide an enjoyable, healthy, and productive environment for all our team members, where everyone is given an opportunity to grow and succeed. We’re committed to continuous learning & development and our values are: innovation, collaboration, critical thought and integrity.
We are looking for an experienced DEFI developer / DEFI trader to join our team in our London office as our activity and the digital asset industry continue to grow. We’re looking for an individual to own the development and trading on specific protocols and DEXs. We are looking for someone with an owner mentality and a doer attitude as you will get a lot of independence right away. By working at CrypPro, you’ll have the chance to work in a fast growing startup where you will have a significant impact.
The successful candidate will be passionate about cryptos, with experience in DEFI trading and excellent programming background. You’ll have a demonstrable track record (GitHub profile and details of previous projects) and a genuine desire to grow the business.
